Submitted by Mickey - the 1 feature i wish was available in lower end models the led lighting for the knobs. i don't care about the wifi features (im an it geek) as someone who has accidentally burnt their hand 2 times in 30 yrs thinking the stove was off, the little light that i can see that tells me knob is not in the fully off position is a simple yet powerful upgrade. i look forward to the whole oven air fryer feature. child locks are super plus. lets see what the next few years bears out on this upgraded stove

Incredibly Intuitive Controls

Submitted by SamG - i've had my range now for about three months and i must say that i am quite impressed with the ease of use. the smart control dial makes it a snap to set the desired functions and so far this unit has performed flawlessly every time. i haven't had a chance to use all of the functions to date but i'm looking forward to exploring what this range can do. lastly, it's sometimes a small feature that makes a big difference and the backlit control knobs are just such a feature. i love how easy it is to see when a burner is still on which is huge when a pot or pan is removed in a hurry, just take a quick glance and you'll know. thank you samsung for making a solid product. Warranty is worthless!

Submitted by JulieY - We bought this unit at Samsung.com in Nov. 2020. The oven had a problem soon after. Samsung scheduled a repair but the shop canceled saying we're outside the service area. They could not find another repair center in our area. Samsung finally said they'd exchange our unit but today called and said there are none in stock and no ETA. As we were talking I saw our same stove on Samsung.com with delivery in five days but a much higher price than we paid in Nov. They said they'll refund me so I can buy a new one at the higher price. I feel they should give us a refund and a credit for the price difference since it is a warranty replacement. Several friends bought one on our recommendation but now I feel Samsung is not standing behind their product. One repair center in the entire Denver Metro? really??

Wonderful oven

Submitted by Tony - we received our oven after a 3 month wait and we really like it. it looks great, is easy to use and was a great upgrade. we need to get better with the air fry capability - we are still trying to get it to work as well as our standalone air fryer. the only issue we have with the oven is that there is a gap of about 1/2" behind the oven to the wall. it would be great if samsung allowed for a "gap filler" that was wider than the one that comes with it. in looking on the web, this is a common complaint for these types of ovens and seems like a very easy fix

New stove continues to get error

Submitted by Kyle - we have only had the stove for a few months and we have already gotten several errors which make the oven completely not work until it's reset. the c-24 error says to contact customer service. it's a relatively easy fix but we have to pull the stove out each time to unplug and reset. other than that, we actually really like this oven.

Louder than my dishwasher

Submitted by Beth - i recently purchased this range and unfortunately i am disappointed in the oven. the fan runs continuously while the oven is on (regardless of the setting) and for 15-30 minutes after it is turned off. i chatted with support and was told to unplug it for 5 minutes to reset it. that didn't work so then i was told the oven fan runs all the time to give it even heating. i guess i'll just have to get used to it, there is no way to turn the fan off. also, the broiler is set at high and i am unable to change the temperature, it is advertised as "variable. support wasn't able to assist me there either. the burners work great although i have not tried out the center burner yet. i can tell a big difference from my old stove. the air fryer is good. overall i would recommend with warnings.

Submitted by Dave - We were looking stoves that were way more money, but decided on this Samsung....we do NOT regret saving the money! This stove performs beautifully. Boils water super fast, but the burners are just as great at holding a low simmer. Even though the install instructions were clear about what was and was not needed for professional installation, the installer insisted I needed to buy a new $40 gas line from him to complete the installation. And of course he just happened to have an extra. Samsung should fix that with the install company, as I didn't need a new line but ended up filling that criminal's pocket just to complete the installation as scheduled.

It's been two months now and nothing yet.

Burner failed 2 months in.

Submitted by Manny - great stove overall but poor design of igniter wires feeding burners. electrical insulation cracks where wire meets the electrode causing the spark to occur under the stovetop instead of at the burner. result, burner out of commission. two service trips to repair with a serious dismantling of the stove required (top and rear). pretty disappointing on a 2 month old stove. samsung could probably have made a better choice on the type of wire insulation, pretty clear it's going to get hot under the burners samsung, fail!

Great addition to kitchen

Broiling at varying levels, air frying for the kids, or using the convection feature the oven does a little of everything. The top of the oven also offers a large cooking area with broilers of various sizes including a griddle. The self cleaning function works very well along with the exterior being very easy to clean. Unit was very easy to install and fit the advertised specs exactly. Very happy with both the look and performance of this oven.

Not a true slide-in

Submitted by Carolyn - this oven was just delivered. its very nice looking but its not a true slide-in oven. slide-ins typically have a range top that slides over the counter, creating a lip so that there is no gap on the sides of the oven. this one does not. the only reason its a slide-in is because the sides are not for display. they add a metal strip to the back after install to make it seem like a slide-in. very disappointed in the design but overall the oven looks good. ill have buy some sort of gap filler to fix the problem.

Lots of bells and whistles

Submitted by Cori - interesting options but with more options come the potential of more problems. my lcd screen would invert everything. called samsung and they replaced the entire front piece/electronic board. the stove was only a few weeks old at the time which was disappointing but glad their response was quick.
