DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH SAMSUNG

This is the first and LAST experience me and my husband had with PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM Samsung. We NOT ONLY PURCHASED THIS RANGE, but also the ENTIRE kit for our kitchen, including the dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. We placed the order on the 24th of October, 2017 at a local home depot store and BEFORE placing the order, we checked inventory to make sure we would get our appliances delivered on time, since we are expecting over 10 guests over our house this week for rest of the month of December. We come to the surprise that our appliances were only being delivered on DECEMBER 29TH, 2017, and the delivery dates kept being changed WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATIONS TO ME OR MY HUSBAND, because they did not take the time to give us a call and notify us of any changes. So, we had to call them back to deliver the appliances at an earlier date and they re-scheduled the delivery for December 6th, 2017. We called the night before to make sure our appliances were being delivered on the 6th and they confirmed the delivery. My husband took off from work and made arrangements to receiver the appliances. Samsung never called to let us know that the order was NOT going to be delivered. The way we found out was because he decided to call at 11:00 am to find out when the order was going to be here. So we go back and forth calling Samsung and going to Home Depot, to find out now that SAMSUNG once again, changed the delivery date of our appliances to JANUARY 4TH, 2018. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO SELL WITHOUT EVEN HAVING APPLIANCES IN THEIR INVENTORY. THEY PROMISE YOU A DELIVERY DATE AND THEY WANT TO DELIVER MONTHS LATER, RIDICULOUS, SCAM!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NEGATIVE ZERO IF I COULD RATE IT NEGATIVE ENOUGH. We had to call them several times, spoke to different managers and they did not offer us anything besides to cancel the order. This company is a SCAM, all they want to do is to sell no matter what. Save yourselves headaches and go for other brands. NEVER AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND now I'm left without appliances for the holiday and I have over 10 guests coming to my house on the 10th of December. AFTER SPENDING $5,000 WITH SAMSUNG, ALL WE GET IS "WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING BESIDES TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, OR A COMPENSATION OF $150 FOR WAITING 23 DAYS. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!
